Terms & Conditions mybookstogo.com aims to offer a minimum of 20 dates at our speed dating event but is unable to guarantee this quantity. When you book an event with us, you must supply a daytime telephone number or mobile phone number. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for people who arrive at an event unless they have supplied telephone contact details. Refund Policy Provided you let us know a minimum of five working days before the event we will refund you less a $10 per ticket administration charge. Between 1 and 5 working days before an event no refunds are possible. If you let us know less than 24 hours before an event you can send a friend of the same sex in your place for no additional charge. Please let us know if you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, as imbalanced numbers will spoil our event for other people attending. To send a friend in your place please call us at (519) 697-7637 or email sonja@myfuntogo.com. All requests for refunds must be in writing by email. By booking a mybookstogo.com Speed Dating event you are registering your acceptance of the mybookstogo.com Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the Terms & Conditions. mybookstogo.com reserves the right to invite media to attend events. As a registered participant of a mybookstogo.com Speed Dating event you understand that mybookstogo.com offers an opportunity for meeting new people but mybookstogo.com does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. mybookstogo.com also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently . mybookstogo.com aims to give single people a chance to meet one another in a safe and relaxed environment. However we are not a matchmaking service and do not verify the personal details of those participating in our events. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.
